Read moreEntrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), organized a one day workshop on 02.04.2019 titled “Entrepreneurship for students – To start with” for aspiring students of II, III & IV year Engineering branches.
An expert Ms. Kavitha Damodharan, Director - Mind Masters Academy was invited to provide a training on gaining creativity skills , that could be a characteristic of an budding entrepreneur. Mr.N.Lakshminarayanan , Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering , Coordinator EDC welcomed and honoured the chief guest and gave the Presidential address. Dr.D.Bubesh Kumar , Professor, Mech Engg, Member, EDC gave the welcome address. Mr.R.Praveen , AP II, Mech Engg. organized the seminar and introduced the chief guest. Nearly 35 students from II, III & IV students of Mech, ECE, EEE, Civil, Biotech participated in the seminar.
In her session, the speaker had given a session on the different characteristics of an entrepreneur and provided some small experiments that could inculcate the creativity skills in them. The students were very much involved in the group activities and very much interested in completing the tasks. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Subbiah, AP-II, ECE , EDC Member.
