Memorandum of Understanding has been signed on 20th March, 2019 between GBL - Prayojana Construction Management Training Institute-Chennai & Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Vinayaka Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Road, Paiyanoor – 603104. The purpose of the MOU is to ensure co-operation between Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology and GBL -Prayojana construction management and Training, which an institution helps to create an opportunity for the Civil Engineering students to learn, employment-based, Value added Certificate Courses Affiliated by the National Development Agency, promoted by Govt. of India. They also assist students in getting internships and placements. Their training modules are well defined with the perception of "Learn to Work" basis, with predominant training the beginners to determine their potential strengths on various specializations and to enrich their knowledge to frame a vision for them on relevant segments in the construction field. The Founder and Executive Director of this Institute also given a lecture to our students addressing the needs of a construction Industry. In Addition to the tasks discussed above the Collaboration shall also include (i) Interaction with working groups of the industry, so as to increase the students’ knowledge level. (ii) Value added courses for the students (iii) Short term training for the students and faculty members during vacation (iv) certificate courses during semester holiday's. The Present Memorandum of Understanding, being concluded in a spirit of student empowerment and increased co-operation shall come into force by the Dr. P. Shankar, Principal, Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Dr. S. P. Sangeetha, VP (academics) & HOD (Civil) and Mr. V. Sriraman, Founder and Executive Director of GBL - Prayojana Construction Management Training Institute, Chennai.
