One Year Advanced Diploma in Metallurgy and Material Science
The
Mechanical Engineering Department is
offering a one year course “Advanced
Diploma in Metallurgy and Material
Science” designed by a core team of
experienced academicians and metallurgy
consultants from industry. The course
covers materials and processes involved
in melting, hot and cold forming, metal
finishing for corrosion resistance as
well as wear resistance. It will meet
most of the requirements of general
engineering, automotive industries and
chemical and petroleum industries.
This course is a one year program with a
package of theory subjects and mandatory
practical sessions in Metallurgy and
Material Testing. The course also covers
visits to core manufacturing industries.
Bachelor's Degree of
